Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Seasonal Tax Support Specialist to join our centralized Tax Support Teams. 
 
As a Tax Support Specialist, you will provide national support to the Tax Department firm wide, optimizing efficiency, client experience and quality control. You will interact with team members within your team as well as others outside of your team at all levels.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Electronically process and assemble tax returns from the tax software
  • Deliver assembled tax return packages via SafeSend Returns or email to
    client in a timely manner
  • Electronically file tax returns within the e-file system
  • Process and electronically file payroll returns
  • Create and deliver Tax engagement letters
  • Assist Tax Operations Team with data projects
  • Perform quality control review for completeness and accuracy of your own
    work
  • Secure and protect Personally Identifiable Information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required.
  • 1–2 years of administrative or tax-related experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience with tax software systems such as CCH Axcess, GoSystem, UltraTax, or SafeSend Returns is an advantage.
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent administrative, computer literacy, and data management skills.
  • Highly organized, with strong customer service orientation and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough self-review of work.
  • Proactive, positive, and dependable attitude; able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Amenable to onsite work in either the Makati or Clark office and comfortable working a night shift schedule.
  • Willing and able to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • This is a project-based, seasonal role with a 3-month engagement period.
