Position Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Philippines-based roles, including intake meetings, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Partner with PH-based hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a smooth and timely hiring process that reflects Aprio’s standards and values.
- Sourcing Strategy & Execution
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels relevant to the Philippines market.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across PH business units.
- Conduct initial outreach and screenings to assess candidate qualifications and culture fit.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with PH leadership, HR, and global TA colleagues to align on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
- Participate in intake calls and recruitment strategy sessions with local hiring managers.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and talent market insights.
- Candidate Experience
- Deliver timely, professional, and positive communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent Aprio’s employer brand and values in all candidate interactions.
- Ensure candidates have a clear, transparent, and respectful recruitment journey.
- Systems & Reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Lever (ATS).
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, candidate experience) and recommend improvements.
- Support continuous process enhancements to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment and/or talent sourcing, preferably in the Philippines and US markets.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, local job platforms).
- Proven experience managing recruitment from intake to offer acceptance.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Lever preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with PH and global stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Has strong can-do attitude and a team player.
- Able to handle hiring challenges and suggest better ways to improve the processes for the betterment of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
