SENA Apprentice (Administrative & Operations Support):
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented contingent SENA Apprentice to support our team with essential administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, document management, scheduling, and data entry.
Support operational processes required by the team, including coordination of daily tasks and follow‑up on internal requests.
Prepare basic reports and maintain updated records.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of activities.
Provide support in logistics, inventory checks, and other operational needs as assigned.
Qualifications
Active SENA student eligible for apprenticeship.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Basic proficiency in office software tools.
