Key responsibilities ✨
- Participate in end-to-end onboarding process for new hires in France (all types of contract), actively ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and engaging experience by managing contracts, certificates, medical checks, visa administration, and all necessary administrative steps.
- Contribute to the efficient administration of employee benefits for our French team
- Help to maintain accurate employee data within BambooHR, ensuring data integrity, and contribute to initiatives aimed at system optimization for improved efficiency
- Help to resolve employee queries promptly and efficiently via the Jira ticketing system, providing helpful support and finding effective solutions for our employees and managers.
- Provide support to our international People Team, collaborating closely to ensure smooth global HR operations
About you 🧑🚀
- Valuable initial experience gained during a first internship within a Human Resources department.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Human Resources with a strong analytical focus, or a related field.
- Organized and detail oriented
- A genuine service-oriented approach
- You have a native or bilingual level in French and have a fluent level of English, allowing you to operate seamlessly in an international environment.
