Created in 2009, the Air Liquide University (ALU) reinforces the cross-functional training offered to employees. The University has a dual training mission: to build cross-functional programs and to set the framework for Air Liquide as a “Learning organization” (curation, promotion, coordination…). Serving strategic priorities, it also contributes to the dissemination of the Group's culture and the development of networks of managers and experts across countries and activities.
Digital learning is an integral piece of the learning strategy at Air Liquide. Air Liquide University manages a diverse catalog of digital learnings available for all employees, available on-demand via the Learning Management System (LMS). It is designed to help employees strengthen their leadership, business and soft skills. It relies both on internal contents creation and contents curation made available in the LMS through partnerships with external providers.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Along your apprenticeship period, you will support the Digital learning manager in delivering the digital projects / programs, coordinating with a network of internal partners and external providers, as well as participate in Learning data analysis to track impact of projects through KPIs.
Learning Content and Programs Coordination
Elearnings creation: Take part in the creation and implementation of new Elearning modules, in collaboration with internal teams, using tools like Articulate 360 and leveraging AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM…).
Content Curation: Utilize research, meeting with suppliers, and collaboration with internal experts to identify high-quality, engaging self-learning content (articles, videos, etc.).
Content Management: Assist in the selection and promotion of learning content and playlists, collaborating effectively with a network of internal partners and external providers.
Programs Optimization: Contribute to develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and utilization of the digital learning programs.
Learning Content Management & Support
Assist with the day-to-day management and maintenance of the digital learning offer within the LMS, and of the Air Liquide University intranet.
Support employees in their use of digital learning, based on their feedback and issues they raise.
Contribute to solving issues faced in the LMS, and to enhance global eLearnings data quality in the system.
Data analysis & KPIs tracking
Learning Analytics: Extract data from LMS platforms, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and create data visualizations (Spreadsheet / Power Bi) to analyze learning trends and program effectiveness.
