Responsibilities:Execute practical tasks per the approved training plan across assigned stations/departments under supervision; maintain an accurate training/learning logbook.
Attend vocational school as scheduled, linking theory to practice and preparing for interim and final examinations.
Work safely and to standard, quality, and data‑protection requirements; use PPE and follow documented work instructions.
Deliver basic operational activities relevant to the trade with increasing independence, meeting agreed productivity and quality targets.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, ask for feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., problem‑solving, 5S).
Participate in onboarding/induction and foundational language & IT training as provided.
Rotate through defined stations, complete assignments, and provide concise handovers/documentation.
Capture training evidence and attendance, ensuring the accuracy of records for school, exams, and internal audits.
