Role Description
- The CB STRIVE – AI Integration pillar supports Corporate Bank teams in adopting responsible and practical AI solutions to improve productivity, decision‑making and operational efficiency.
- The function works closely with product teams, sales, coverage, Operations, Divisional Control Office, and other cross‑functional partners to embed AI‑enabled ways of working across the Corporate Bank.
- As an Apprentice, you will support the AI Enablement agenda by helping design use‑cases, creating AI learning materials, assisting with prompt libraries, supporting training delivery, and driving adoption of tools such as dbLumina, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other internal AI platforms.
- You will also contribute to communication, awareness, and measurement of AI impact across CB India and help the AI pillar build a sustainable capability uplift across teams.
Your key responsibilities
- Assist in developing AI use‑cases by gathering ideas, performing initial analysis, documenting requirements, and preparing simple use‑case summaries.
- Contribute to building prompt libraries, reusable examples, and guidance documents for dbLumina and M365 Copilot.
- Support preparation of AI training material, including PowerPoint decks, instructional content, reference notes, and quick‑start guides.
- Help deliver awareness and enablement sessions by preparing demos, collating Q&A, capturing feedback, and documenting session outcomes.
- Assist in analysing AI adoption trends, collating usage feedback, and helping create monthly insights for reporting.
- Create clean, effective communication collateral — newsletters, posters, infographics, email content — to promote AI learning and engagement.
- Maintain trackers, SharePoint repositories, and structured templates for use‑case progress, training plans, and communication calendars.
- Support coordination across verticals (AI Integration, Automation, Engagement & Training) and with stakeholders across CB to ensure smooth execution of the AI agenda.
- Contribute to basic automation or workflow improvements where AI is combined with Power Platform or existing team tools.
Your skills and experience
Must Have
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong PowerPoint and content‑creation ability
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, prompt engineering, and modern digital tools
- Attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to translate concepts into simple language
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple small initiatives at once
Good to Have / Trainable During Apprenticeship
- Basic understanding of AI concepts, LLMs, prompting techniques
- Exposure to dbLumina / M365 Copilot (or interest in learning quickly)
- Experience or interest in content development, visual storytelling, or training delivery
- Basic analytical skills to review feedback, adoption metrics, or usage patterns

Qualification
- BTech/Computer applications, Specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Tableau certification will be an added advantage.
