The Apprenticeship role is responsible to provide administrative support to Engineering and Support Department. They are required to work under general to minimal supervision on Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS, Billing and Utilization reports. Your success will be measured by your ability to keep tasks on track, support the functional team, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, directly impacting Oceaneering’s ability to deliver exceptional results to the stakeholders.
This position will require working from the office (full time).
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, asset, contact list and other data.
Preparing utilization reports and presentations, retrieve information when requested.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events, and other similar activities.
Ordering, maintaining, and distributing office stationery items.
Coordinating with various departments like Facility, IT, etc. as and when needed
Managing inventory of computer hardware, printers etc.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Maintaining Engineering library, distribution, and recovery of books.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Track calendars, appointments of management team and help with meeting set-ups.
Arrange all facilities & equipment required for various events, meetings, training sessions and maintain assets that are in custody of Engineering team.
Assist Engineering team members make travel arrangements as and when needed.
Prepare expenses reports for senior management personnel.
Provide general support to visitors.

QualificationsREQUIRED
Bachelors in Science / Commerce / PGDCA/ BCA.
0-9 Months Experience in Project Admin role.
Knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc).
Working Knowledge on MS Excel including formulas, special functions viz. Pivot table, pivot chart, vlookup, hlookup etc.
DESIRED
Should possess knowledge of Power App, Power BI. Power Automate.
Exemplary planning and time management skills.
