Digital Learning Experiences is a key part of the Performance Enablement team. You will be joining a group of 15 dedicated colleagues working with design and delivery of face-to-face, virtual, and self-paced online training and certification programs to enable our customers, partners, and colleagues to succeed in their goals. We are a geographically spread across Denmark, the Netherlands, India and the USA and excel at collaborating and thriving in this global setting.

The career path – Digital Learning Experiences
Positioned in our Bengaluru office, you’ll be working with our two experienced Digital Media Designers to produce video content for our online courses, internal information videos, product update presentations and demonstration guides.
Most of our videos combine studio recordings of teachers or product experts with supporting animations. As part of the team, your responsibility will be to key out the teachers from greenscreen studio recordings and create supporting animations. These animations enhance the audio track, making technical scripts easier to understand and technical topics more accessible. The role requires the following skills:
- Creative skills to turn a script or storyboard into a animation
- Eye for details to produce quality productions within our graphic design guide
- Adobe After Effects for 2D Icon based animations and video greenscreen keying
- Adobe illustrator for vector graphics
- Adobe Audition for audio optimisation
