Job Title: Global Pricing Trainee (alternant)
Division / Function: Global Product & Portfolio Strategy – Value & Access, Global Pricing Department

Summary / purpose of the position
As part of the Global market access and pricing department, your role will be to support and work closely with the Operational pricing team as well as Ipsen affiliates on the pricing strategy execution with objective to secure optimal prices during the lifecycle of Ipsen specialty care products.
Main responsibilities / job expectations
Support on operational pricing
- Support countries on annual pricing revisions
- Drive international reference pricing analysis to support decision-making
- Provide price certificates to support pricing submissions
- Run pricing analysis and advise on decisions
Lead pricing intelligence, reports and analytics
- Monitor new pricing regulations and analyze pricing impact on Ipsen portfolio
- Competitive intelligence to support business
- Develop and update pricing reports and analytical tools
Manage internal Pricing systems
- Ensure management of Ipsen pricing management systems
- Development and improvement of pricing tools
Knowledge, skills, abilities & experience
Postgraduate in Sciences (Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Biology) in the context of an Advanced Master’s degree in Pricing and Market Access / or Business school
Knowledge in health care systems, pricing and reimbursement
Scientific background
Strong communication skills, rigorous, autonomous and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Good analytical, strategic and creative thinking
Fluency in English / French desirable but not essential
Strong MS Office experience (Excel / PowerPoint)
