The Role

The role involves designing manufacturing processes, optimizing production efficiency, managing documentation, training employees, and ensuring quality control in manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Requires an Industrial Engineering degree or related field.

• Relevant work experience.

• Thorough understanding of production machinery, processes and standards.

• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

• Documentation and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.

• At least two years of experience as a production technician.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in a related industry is preferred.

• Extensive experience in implementing quality control procedures and maintaining production standards.

• Solid technical and mechanical skills.

• Excellent organization and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and cooperation skills.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving techniques.

Benefits

Terms of Employment:

• Full time

Salary: $34.86 - $45.00 per hour

Required Years of Experience: 1 year to 2 yeras experience in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Technologists and Technicians or in related field.
