Most AI pilots die between the deck and production. We're building AtomsAI to change that -  we help mid-market and enterprise customers turn AI ambition into workflow outcomes in weeks, not quarters, using our own proprietary AI operations platform for workflows, knowledge, reviews and actions -  that we keep sharpening every engagement.

We need a consultant (with solution selling mindset & experience) who can sit across the table from a Head of Operations, a CFO, or a VP Customer Success and walk out with a crisp problem statement, a credible architecture and a path to measurable value then stay accountable until that value is real. In short, you’ll have the front-row seat of seeing businesses transition to legit AI Adoption. 

What you'll actually do
  • Run discovery that produces scoped problem statements, not meeting notes - workflows, systems involved, approval paths, baseline metrics, target KPIs.

  • Translate messy customer conversations into solution briefs our engineers can build against - typically around lead-to-quote, collections, renewals, document intake, support triage and similar high-leverage workflows.

  • Design end-to-end AI workflows: data sources, business objects, knowledge, review/approval logic, allowed actions, ROI model.

  • Build credible ROI cases that hold up in front of both an SRE and a CFO.

  • Prototype POCs alongside engineering when needed - enough hands-on to earn customer confidence, not enough to slow down delivery.

  • Feed patterns back into our product: every engagement should leave behind a better recipe, a sharper playbook, or a reusable object pack for the next customer.

What we're looking for
  • 4–8 years in Solutions Consulting, AI/Tech Consulting, Solutions Engineering or a deeply technical Customer Success role.

  • Demonstrated ability to run discovery that ends in a scoped solution brief - not just curiosity, but convergence.

  • Working fluency in modern AI: RAG, agents, prompt engineering, evals, workflow orchestration. You don't need to ship the system but you need to know what's possible, what's hard and what's a bad idea.

  • Track record of designing AI workflows end-to-end - inputs, model selection, integration, human-in-the-loop, output handling. 

  • Strong written communication. You can turn a 90-minute discovery call into a one-page solution brief that survives executive review.

  • Comfort with ambiguity, ownership and fast cycles.

  • Prior B2B SaaS or AI-native product company experience.
