JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who will act as the business lead for our PLM system and our non-PLM applications including RPA, AI, and Mendix applications development. This individual will work closely with our IT team as well as our global engineering community to set standards, identify CI projects, support training material etc. This individual will also work closely with our CAD & BOM Standardization team leader who is in our Pune India technical center.
PLM Primary Job Responsibilities:
Represent business at Global cross pillar forum for CAD use cases.
Validate requested functionality prior to deployment.
Support Global Change Management with other business reps.
Present CI’s and ensuring their usage across user community.
Support in training from conceptualization till execution.
Non-PLM Application Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate Mendix project development applications; facilitate meetings with the Business representatives and Mendix IT resources.
Facilitate Robot Process Automation application idea generation and application deployment.
Facilitate AI application idea generation and application deployment.
Support the Global Lead in CAD & BOM Standardization Primary Job Responsibilities:
Engagement with cross functional teams like SMTEs, OEM representatives.
Responsible for defining global / regional / OEM specific standards.
Extensive support to IT for effectively maintaining CAD OEM environments
Encouraging continuous improvement activities in CAD.
Establishing and converting these CI’s into BBPs.
Supporting development of trainings & automation tools, and periodic validation of their

Job Requirements:
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering field.
5+ years of relevant experience in PLM systems and CAD systems including Catia and NX.
Willingness and flexibility to support and coordinate with global team at different work hours and locations.
