Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary technical interface for customers using eBeam metrology systems, building trusted relationships and understanding their process and measurement needs
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain measurement recipes and application methods for semiconductor process control and device characterization
  • Analyze metrology data, imaging results, tool performance, and process variation to identify trends, resolve issues, and recommend practical improvements
  • Troubleshoot application and system-level issues involving imaging, charging, measurement repeatability, recipe performance
  • Provide technical training and coaching to customer engineers and internal teams on tool operation, applications, and best practices
  • Translate customer requirements and field observations into clear technical feedback for product management, research and development, service, and engineering teams
  • Manage multiple customer priorities and technical projects independently, including follow-up actions, feature/issue tracking, and timely escalation of critical issues
  • Support customer-site activities, including cleanroom work, production ramp schedules, and urgent technical issues, with travel as required
  • Follow all safety, cleanroom, information-security, and customer-site requirements while handling tools, samples, and technical data
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, physics, semiconductor engineering, or a related technical field
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with a structured approach to data analysis, root-cause investigation, experimentation, and issue resolution
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to customers and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, for technical discussions, customer communication, training, documentation, and presentations
  • Ability to work independently, organize priorities and deliver results with limited supervision
  • A self-driven personality with initiative, accountability, curiosity, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership
  • Customer-focused mindset with patience, professionalism, and the ability to remain effective in high-pressure technical situations
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures, functions, and time zones while maintaining clear and timely communication
  • Willingness and ability to travel, work in semiconductor cleanrooms, and support customer schedules when critical business or technical needs arise

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
