Works independently to design and develop small technical modules.
Assists with repairing coding problems.
Provides technical support to clients on existing problems escalated as appropriate.
Provides support through help desk.
Monitors trends and results from technical support calls to advise senior team members on performance of existing systems.
Acts as a technical resource for other analysts on the team.
Works with team to develop project plans and communicates software development plans.

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $78,400 to $156,700.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
