Responsibilities
Leading the creation of intuitive, user-centered designs for web applications, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback to refine and enhance designs.
Establishing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and visual standards for consistency across applications.
Collaborating with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented with high fidelity, maintaining usability and accessibility.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders, to define product strategies and solutions.
Translate client requirements into impactful UX/UI designs by applying a deep understanding of business contexts, ensuring solutions align with objectives and deliver measurable value.
Design intuitive and accessible interfaces for web platforms by staying informed about UX/UI trends and emerging technologies to deliver innovative, user-friendly solutions.
Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
Participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to contribute to the development lifecycle
Lead Design Projects: Oversee end-to-end design processes for major projects, ensuring high-quality user experiences across platforms..

Education/Training
BSc degree in Graphic Design, HCI, UX or any similar technical field of study.
Internal progression
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Experience in leading at least 6 design projects from conception to delivery serving at least squad of 4 for each
Designed 15–25 complete user journeys, from onboarding to feature deep-dives.
Delivered 10–20 production UI designs in products with >1K active users.
Successfully collaborated with 10–15 engineers and 3+ product owners.
Led user testing in 4+ projects/year, incorporating learnings into design cycles.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience with responsive design and design systems.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project
