Job Description

• 2nd line of application support
• Knowing the procedures and participating in the task automation process
• Managing and monitoring service levels
• Communication with technical/functional teams
• Building and updating documentation and materials to support services
• Analyzing, documenting and improving internal processes and tools.
• Analysis and resolution of incidents and problems

Qualifications

• Strong functional analysis skills;
• SQL/MYSQL;
• Use of Unix/Linux environment;
• Familiar with IT best practice standards/tools such as ITIL;
• Scripting languages (e.g. KSH/Bash; Python; Perl)
• Gitlab

Additional Information

• Knowledge of JAVA language
• Knowledge of Cloud Based environments (IBM CLoud or MS Azure preferred)
• Terraforms
