Job Description
We are looking for a candidate that is able to handle Application Support activities, and that will play a major role in handling Incidents, BAU service requests and Application Support activities in shifts.
Main Tasks:
- Provide functional & technical support (batchs, interfaces…)
- Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap
- Escalate timely to the management on possible risks or issues.
- Contribute to the knowledge articles.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Functional knowledge of following instruments: bonds, equities, structured products
- ITIL
- Linux or Unix
- SQL
- PL/SQL
