Job DescriptionApplication Prodcution Support team member is a detailed-oriented and technically skilled professional able to manage and support critical business applications in a production environment with a special focus on delivering high quality IT Services. The core responsabilites are related with ensuring the required stability, availability and performance for the applications under the team scope. Also, the incident resolution in a timely manner collaborating with internal (Development/Infrastructure teams) or external stakeholders (Service Providers) to drive long-term solutions.
- Ensure application stability, availability, and performance.
- Monitor production systems, manage incidents, and support problem resolution.
- Execute deployments and changes following ITIL and DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support Development teams.
- Implement and optimize monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace).
- Maintain technical documentation and share best practices.
- Participate in on-call support for critical applications.
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Application Servers (JBoss EAP) and Java fundamentals.
- OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Cloud environments.
- API Gateway solutions (Axway, Apigee).
- Linux (RHEL).
- Monitoring & Observability tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Jaeger).
- CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Nexus).
- Infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform).
- Relational Databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Agile/Scrum practices.
- Portuguese: Fluent/Native

Skills Required
- Experience or knowledge of JBoss EAP and Java fundamentals
- Experience or knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, and cloud environments
- Experience or knowledge of API Gateway solutions, including Axway and Apigee
- Experience or knowledge of Linux and RHEL
- Experience or knowledge of monitoring and observability tools, including Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, and Jaeger
- Experience or knowledge of CI/CD tools, including GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Nexus
- Experience or knowledge of infrastructure automation tools, including Ansible and Terraform
- Experience or knowledge of relational databases, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices
- Fluent or native Portuguese
- Fluent or expert English
