Oxford Risk Management Group is seeking an Application Support Specialist to support the business systems, integrations, and data processes that drive our Commercial Lines and Captive Insurance operations. This role is responsible for maintaining application performance, supporting data integrity, troubleshooting integrations, and assisting end users across underwriting, claims, risk management, and captive insurance programs.
Your Impact
- Support and troubleshoot integrations, APIs, data feeds, and business applications across underwriting, claims, CRM, and captive insurance platforms.
- Monitor system performance, data quality, and scheduled processes to ensure accurate and reliable operations.
- Write SQL queries and reports to validate data, investigate issues, and support business needs.
- Assist with application administration, user access, configuration updates, and documentation.
- Partner with business and technology teams to resolve issues and improve system efficiency.
Successful Candidate Will Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in application support, systems support, or integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data validation principles.
- Experience supporting policy administration, claims, risk management, or insurance-related platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in Commercial Lines, Property & Casualty, or Captive Insurance environments preferred.

Salesforce, Origami Risk, Guidewire, Vertafore, Boomi (or similar iPaaS), SQL, Jira, and Confluence.

Pay Range:
$64,800 - $88,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.

Skills Required
- 2-4 years of experience in integration or application support.
- Working knowledge of SQL (joins, filtering, basic transformations).
- Exposure to integration tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar (hands-on or support experience).
- Exposure to and experience in configuring and managing a Policy Administration System.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic understanding of APIs (REST, authentication concepts).
- Experience in insurance or regulated industries.
- Exposure to data warehouse concepts (ETL/ELT, fact/dimension tables).
