Neon is Marex’s digital client gateway. Essential to the client experience at Marex from onboarding to Trading all the way through Clearing. User numbers have grown considerably and as a result, the Neon team was created to support the platform, grow the user base, and showcase the product to clients.
The Neon Concierge team supports the Neon platform, growing the user base and monetising the product. This new arm of the team will offer hybrid, client facing support of the Neon application suite, whilst also having back-end access to diagnose application errors, work with support to resolve, as well as support the Technologist with latest releases.
Responsibilities:
• Support the team as a first line of support of the Neon client base on product related enquiries.
• Work alongside application support on customer issues, diagnosing and working to resolve.
• Provide support for all trading and back-office platforms offered within the enterprise business stream to both internal and external client base.
• Manage new system analysis and implementation.
• Provide incident management per ITIL standards.
• Ability to build strong relationships with Application Development teams and business sponsors
• Prior experience in a consultative sales support role, liaising directly with clients in a technical capacity
• Data driven approach to enhancing and monetising Neon content.
• Liaise with IT and key business stakeholders to drive product change.
• Broaden the internal understanding of the Neon product suite through workshops
• Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.
• Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
• Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.

Skills and Experience:
• Solid background in Windows, Linux/Unix OS,
• Proven experience using SQL and Python scripting experience
• General front-to-back knowledge of the flow for trading/clearing/operational process in settlement of futures and OTC Energy trade
• Strong understanding of the brokerage business.
• Understanding of the commodity markets in a technology capacity.
• Experience with change and project management methodologies.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
