Key Responsibilities: - 1. Manage the delivery of multiple software license compliance reviews to agreed timeframes and budgets. 2. Work with end users to assist in the data collection process enabling a smooth and efficient end to end review process that meets our client timescales. 3. Drive progress of SAM engagements resolution of compliance issues 4. Deliver information to Customers on best licensing practices to enhance knowledge and understanding. Technical Experience: - 1. An understanding of scan tools used to manage software deployment SCCM, CMDB, RV Tools, Map Toolkit, etc. 2. Knowledge of license models for major publishers eg Oracle, SAP, IBM, Microsoft 3. Understanding of Licensing, maintenance, and support elements of agreements. 4. Fair understanding of enterprise / server estate configuration. 5. A technical understanding of networks, the use of licensed software and software deployment. Professional Attributes: - 1. Excellent communication skills verbal written. 2. Advanced analytical skills using Excel or other software tools. 3. Strong project management and delegation skills, meeting and enforcing deadlines.
