Application Support Analyst
Location : Nadi, Fiji
Description
We are seeking an Application Support Analyst who excels in both technical expertise and delivering a positive end-user experience. In this role, you will be working closely with our existing IT teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement of our systems. We also need someone who thrives on interacting with people, delivering clear, patient, and proactive support to our IT & Operational teams as well as the wider organisation.
Job specification
Ensure all business applications are fully operational, providing day-to-day support to end-users, and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with the IT and Operational teams to identify needs, develop or customise applications, and support implementation new features
Provide direct hands-on support to users and create/maintain process documentation to improve IT system understanding across the organisation
Skills Required:
Formal education in Technology or Finance related fields
Operational experience with software applications
Basic SQL knowledge (can interrogate and update a database tables)
Basic scripting knowledge (can write and understand basic code)
Microsoft stack knowledge (MSQL, Azure, ADO etc.)
High level attention to detail
Strong team player and can work independently
Strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills
