The PositionThe Opportunity

As a Application Specialist, you will:
Manage Advanced Inquiries: Process, track, and resolve moderate-to-high complexity customer inquiries, complaints, and system application anomalies with high technical accuracy.
Troubleshoot Complex Systems: Evaluate application behaviors, review testing parameters, and recommend prompt corrective actions to optimize laboratory workflows.
Formulate Action Plans: Partner closely with regional field service networks to identify persistent technical challenges and design structured plans that restore optimal operational performance.
Drive Escalation & Reporting: Proactively identify product quality trends, logging detailed technical errors inside our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to fuel global product improvement.
Enable Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of learning by providing basic customer training sessions at our Scientific Center or collaborating on-site to mentor local service partners.
Empower Sales Teams: Support commercial excellence by contributing technical and laboratory layout insights during high-value customer workshops and vendor proposals.
Who You Are
You are a analytical problem-solver who thrives on unlocking solutions to complex technical challenges. You enjoy connecting with people, collaborating across diverse teams, and translating complicated data into clear, actionable advice.
To excel in this role, you bring:
Education: A University degree or diploma in a relevant biomedical discipline, medical laboratory sciences, or engineering.
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience within a clinical hospital laboratory, research setting, or professional customer support environment.
Technical Aptitude: Proven experience diagnosing and resolving analytical system errors or troubleshooting complex laboratory workflows.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with professional proficiency in English (B1/B2 level or higher) to collaborate effectively with local and international stakeholders.
Mindset: A highly organized approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks independently while thriving inside a multicultural team ecosystem.
Mobility: Willingness and flexibility to travel locally and internationally to support on-site installations or attend global training programs.
