In this role, you will provide technical and application expertise across a diverse portfolio of measurement solutions, supporting customers and internal stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle. You will help identify, develop, configure, and implement solutions that address customer needs while contributing to innovation, continuous improvement, and business success. · Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand application requirements and recommend effective technical solutions.

· Evaluate technical requests, identify appropriate product configurations, and support solution development activities.

· Provide application, product, and technical support throughout pre-sales and post-sales processes.

· Collaborate closely with project, sales, service, manufacturing, quality, product management, and customer support teams to deliver successful outcomes.

· Support commissioning, troubleshooting, startup activities, and issue resolution efforts as needed.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes, product quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

· Maintain technical expertise across products, applications, and industry trends to support informed decision-making.

· Participate in knowledge-sharing activities and provide technical guidance to colleagues and customers.

· Develop and deliver technical training, presentations, workshops, and learning resources for a variety of audiences.

· Gather customer feedback and market insights to help identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.

· Ensure accurate documentation, data integrity, and adherence to established processes and standards.

· Support customer engagements, site visits, and technical discussions as a trusted advisor and solutions partner.

· Engineering education, technical training, or equivalent experience in a related field.

· Experience supporting technical applications, customer solutions, technical services, application engineering, or related activities.

· Ability to analyze customer requirements and recommend practical, value-driven solutions.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

· Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions and regions.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

· Professional proficiency in English.

· Commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences and continuous improvement.

· Experience with industrial instrumentation, measurement technologies, automation systems, or process industries.

· Experience supporting technical projects, product implementation, commissioning, or troubleshooting activities.

· Experience delivering technical training, workshops, webinars, or customer education programs.

· Knowledge of manufacturing, quality processes, product validation, or continuous improvement methodologies.

· Familiarity with industry standards, market trends, and emerging technologies.

· Additional language capabilities.
