Key Responsibilities
- Review customer inquiries, specifications, and technical requirements to support bid and project execution
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals for pump packages and related systems
- Act as technical focal point for RFQs, coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Engage with customers to understand needs and support solution development
- Support technical discussions, bid clarifications, and proposal reviews
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams on package development
- Manage multiple bids and ensure timely submission
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, API, ASME, etc.) and project requirements
- Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks
- Support handover from proposal stage to project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in applications engineering, proposals, or technical sales (rotating equipment/pump systems)
- Strong understanding of pump systems and rotating equipment
- Experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals within Oil & Gas / Energy industry
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
Preferred
- Experience with API / ISO / ASME standards
- Exposure to ASEAN or international markets
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, JDE, SAP)

Skills Required
