- Assist in updating and maintaining risk registers, compliance tracking, and policy documentation.
- Support preparation of RCMC/BRCC reporting materials and data compilation.
- Assist in updating BIA & BCP documentation and maintaining BCM monitoring.
- Support documentation of BCM testing, simulation, and awareness activities.
- Maintain document version control and filing (softcopy & tracker).
- Assist in training, regulatory monitoring and follow-up tracking of action items.
- Assist in strategic Group project as well as Linknet initiative. E.g. AI (Chatbot), Automation (Dashboard), BU Alert Monitoring.
Requirements
- Final year student or fresh graduate from Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Communication, Law.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and documentation skills, detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to work on-site in BSD, Tangerang.
