We are  looking for an IT Solution Engineer  to support our Consumer Complaint – Adverse Event application,  which is a key component  of P&G’s  global end to end consumer complaint management system.  The application being used is Oracle Argus  Safety and operates on the Azure Cloud. We are searching for candidates who can work in an Agile and DevOps environment delivering continuous improvement items and global projects on  multinational teams.

You will own gathering, analysis, validation and management of solution requirements. You will lead development, testing such as NNIT (none negative impact testing), application management activities and release management to meet the business requirements. You will manage and co-ordinate our vendors to ensure quality delivery of our developments and standard methodologies are followed.

  • In this role you will work globally with our P&G teams
  • You will work alongside our partner vendors to support our application to ensure it is stable
  • The application is Oracle Argus  Safety which is a software  platform that allows P&G to manage & report on adverse events related to its products.
  • We are looking for someone who is able to improve the application and improve the user experience.
  • PCIM (Problem change incident management) will be an important part of the role to ensure the  Argus application continue to  run  smoothly, without  negatively impacting regulatory reporting and the other application  in the E2E Consumer Complaint System .
  • The application could be audited throughout its  lifecycle so you will need to ensure documentation is available for the changes made and that continuity plans are maintained.

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience working in the  application / operation management space.  
  • Experience working with  the Oracle Argus Safety  application and /or working with Adverse Events Reporting  software would be a benefit.  
  • Experience  with Oracle & Azure cloud.
  • It is crucial to develop and maintain expertise through continuous learning and to use this knowledge to be able to work through complex problems.

  • Bring Out our Best, Be Open, Inclusive, and Collaborative: Must work effectively with P&G service managers, service managers, application managers, site delivery leaders, and strategic partners to resolve complex issues
  • Written Communications: Able to connect with partners and employees across all bands and geographies adapting the style as needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required in order to engage and influence as needed.
  • Stewardship: This individual will be coordinating the completion of Applications & Incidents
