Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications. The position demands proactive management of project timelines and resources, along with continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain optimal application performance. The Application Lead also facilitates communication across departments to align technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Oversee the implementation and deployment of applications, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate existing applications and recommend improvements to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and infrastructure design principles.
- Experience with application lifecycle management and deployment strategies in cloud environments.
- Ability to design scalable and secure cloud-based solutions tailored to organizational needs.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline cloud infrastructure management.
- Understanding of networking, storage, and security components within cloud platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
