Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the central liaison for all project-related communications. This role requires coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of application solutions. The Application Lead actively oversees project progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates collaboration to meet organizational goals, ensuring that applications are aligned with business needs and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee the alignment of application development with strategic objectives and ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Program & Portfolio Governance.
- Strong skills in project planning, risk management, and resource allocation related to application development.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project timelines.
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues impacting multiple teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and engage stakeholders effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Project Program & Portfolio Governance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
