Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the central liaison for all project-related communications. This role requires coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of application solutions. The position demands proactive problem-solving and decision-making to guide the project towards successful completion, while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. The Application Lead continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates collaboration to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee project timelines and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of application components.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in integrating complex systems and managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Ability to analyze and resolve architectural challenges in large-scale application environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and configuration management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
