Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires overseeing the progress of application initiatives, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment with project goals, and managing the overall delivery process. The Application Lead plays a crucial role in driving project momentum by facilitating communication, resolving challenges, and ensuring that application solutions meet the desired standards and timelines. This position demands a proactive approach to managing resources and priorities to achieve successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Continuously evaluate project progress and implement improvements to optimize team productivity and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices for cloud-based application development.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across multiple systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with API management, data mapping, and transformation techniques within integration workflows.
- Excellent understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes in cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
