Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with project goals. Your role will require you to maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - Strong understanding of financial processes and integration within SAP environments. - Experience with application design and configuration in SAP systems. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
