Position Overview:
Accenture's Industry X is seeking a dynamic and experienced Application Developer with deep domain expertise in Digital Engineering and PLM space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in System configuration, Customization and Implementation of Siemens Teamcenter or equivalent Products. This role demands a professional who deliver transformative solutions, support Digital Engineering & PLM Delivery Manager in project delivery and mentor junior colleagues. The primary industry focus will be on Semiconductor, Automotive, MedTech, Industrial and Battery industries. The position is based in Malaysia, and a proven track record in Southeast Asia is crucial.
The work
- Take ownership of complex projects, serving as the technical and subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements as per the project needs.
- Configure/Customize PLM Solutions as per the business requirements on Siemens Teamcenter.
- Participate in building business process, technical documentation & test Scripts where required as per the project requirements.
- Execute unit/system integration testing of the developed/configured solution as per the project requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLM and other relevant technologies.
- Coach members of your workstream teams, sharing skills and motivation as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on relevant experience in design, build, and configure PLM applications to meet business process and application requirements using COTS PLM Solutions.
- Experience in at least one E2E greenfield Implementation(s) or two brownfield implementations.
- Extensive hands-on experience in both server side and client-side customization of Rich Client & Active Workspace Client using with C/C++ ITK, Java, SOA, Java Script.
- Hands on experience in designing/configure workflows, data model and develop custom workflow handlers and batch ITKs
- Proven experience in integrating Teamcenter with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES, CAD)
- Hands on experience in configuring solutions for the PLM capabilities not limited to BOM, Product Structure, Part master Management, Technology Management, ALM, Master Data Management and Digital Twin and Thread space.
- Experience in Master/Material Data Management and Data Migration Tools and solutions that meet our clients’ needs in innovative ways.
- Expert in PLM, Process Excellence, Functional Solutioning, Solution designing, Data Governance, Digital Transformations and shaping end to end Engineering Transformations based on the PLM package/preferred technologies include SAP PLM, Dassault, Siemens but also Windchill, Oracle Agile, ARAS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based PLM solutions or Teamcenter on the cloud.
- Experience in Architecture framework & methodologies like TOGAF.
- Experience in PLM upgrade & Data migration projects.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Certification in Siemens Teamcenter or related PLM software.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for PLM environments.
