We are looking for an experienced Application Integration Engineer to develop and operate the bank’s global Financial Messaging Infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for designing integration solutions, ensuring the stability and availability of mission-critical messaging platforms, and driving continuous improvement through automation and DevOps practices. Your expertise in IBM MQ and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) will be instrumental in maintaining secure, resilient, and scalable integration services across the enterprise.YOUR CHALLENGE- Develop and operate enterprise integration solutions using IBM ACE and IBM MQ
- Ensure the availability, security, and performance of the bank's global Financial Messaging Infrastructure
- Design, implement, and maintain messaging services, queue managers, and integration flows
- Collaborate with business and application teams to deliver reliable and scalable integration services
- Troubleshoot complex messaging and integration incidents across application and Linux environments
- Drive automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement within a DevOps-oriented operating model
- Manage deployments, upgrades, and platform lifecycle activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements
- Contribute to a resilient and future-ready integration platform supporting critical banking services
- 8+ years of experience with IBM ACE and/or IBM MQ on Linux, with strong expertise in at least one area and working knowledge of the other
- Experience in financial services, including financial messaging standards such as SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, and FIX
- Strong knowledge of operating and securing mission-critical messaging platforms, including HA/DR, SSL/TLS, performance tuning, monitoring, and platform lifecycle management
- Solid technical skills in ESQL, Java, XML, JSON, Web Services, and related integration technologies
- Experience with DevOps, GitLab, automation, and scripting using tools such as Ansible, Shell, Perl, or Python
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English
- Team player with experience in international environments and willingness to participate in on-call and production support
- IBM MQ Administrator and/or IBM ACE Developer certifications are an advantage

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent proven technical expertise
- 5+ years hands-on experience with the FIX protocol, including Order/Trade Flows and FIX engines
- Proven expertise developing integration solutions using IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), and IBM ACE
- Solid Linux proficiency
- Programming skills in at least one language: ESQL, Bash, Perl, or Java
- Strong experience with MQ client/broker connectivity and related industry standards
- Experience with client and exchange connectivity in financial markets
- Good understanding of key financial products (Equities, FX, Derivatives)
- Ability to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call service and work in operational settings
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-collaboration skills; service-oriented and ownership mindset
- Knowledge of SWIFT (ISO20022 / MT / MX)
