Your tasks:Leading global operations, manage the daily business of Plansee Group across international markets, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic goals
Being a bridge between market & strategy, collaborating with the group’s leadership and act as the vital link between market insights, business strategy, and production to drive innovation and growth
Develop and maintain product roadmap, represent market needs and trends within the group to guide product and business decisions
Push and challenge internal decision-making and oversee lifecycle management & innovation to foster agility, and responsiveness across teams and locations in the group
Reporting to Business Segment Manager, maintain cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure effective product positioning, internal trainings, and global alignment
Close interaction with customers (key account notably)
Your profile:
You have at least 5 years’ experience in the field of Marketing, Sales, Product Management, or Development, SME or industrial sector experience is a strong plus
You possess strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
You are fluent in English, and you are a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and large groups
You are proficient in applications such as Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM related tools
You are available and willing to travel internationally (>25%) to gather insights, guide product direction and to engage directly with clients and markets worldwide
