- Support Sales and Planning team for the pre-engineering activities to achieve on-time BOQ design and delivery, zero or positive deviation, proactive technical issue prevention and suggest cost effective design solutions to the customer.
- Support as necessary for trouble free design deliverables.
- Assist sales and P&E team by innovative use of technology in establishing system design and supporting to win the order.
- Prepare submittals per engineering standards, ensuring commitment dates are met. Review submittals with sales and delivery teams and lead team to obtain submittal approval.
- Drive common best practice system designs and engineered solutions. Issue of Design submittal in accordance with project planning requirements.
- Coordinates with Vendor/ Supplier representatives on design, commissioning & HO requirements.
- Co-ordinate with Design Department for submission and approval of Drawings from consultant / client
- Systems Known: FAS, CCTV, Access Control System, PAS, BMS, Smart Parking Management Systems, with their integration requirements for IBMS systems.

- Proven track record in a project design and engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology-based projects
- Previous exposure to a site base, construction environment.
