Role Summary
Design and development of modern cloud-native applications and data platforms leveraging Azure, Java, Spring Boot, React JS, Snowflake, and DBT. This is a hands-on role engineering responsibilities to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant healthcare technology solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Azure cloud services
- Build and integrate modern data solutions leveraging Snowflake, DBT, and semantic layer architectures
- Coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support
- Collaborate with product, architecture to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
- Drive application security, vulnerability remediation, dependency management, and platform risk mitigation efforts
- Establish CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, and operational excellence practices across the platform
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Fulltime graduation degree
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering and application development
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application architectures
- Experience delivering data-driven solutions using Snowflake, DBT, and semantic data models
- Solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and React JS
- Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, API integrations, and modern engineering patterns
- Solid knowledge of secure software development, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments
- Healthcare domain knowledge, including experience with regulated data environments and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to AI/ML-powered applications and modern data platforms
