• Review of Process Datasheets, Operating conditions and other Technical specifications & review of required testings from Customers.
• Responsible for Hydraulics & process calculations like pressure drop calculations, Equipments optimised design to suit the Customer requirements & vessels/columns.
• Co-ordinate with Customer for resolution of technical queries, technical presentations etc.
• Co-ordinate with Technical consultant for process calculations and review with respect to Customer requirements.
• Preparations of required hydraulic calculations, handovers to respective stakeholders, resolution of technical queries of Customer or internal stakeholders.
• Attend equipments testing if applicable and resolve the testing issues.
• Making schedules for process deliverables and keeping track of the same.
• Responsible for preparing a technical proposal & technical documentation.
• Tender review & submission as per Customer's time line.
• Ensure NIL technical rejections.
• Make, review & approve standardization/Automations etc. required for smart working within department.
• Maintain & Update Customer database & arrange to get Customer feedback.
