🚀 What You’ll Be Working On
- Improving and evolving our core brake products and developing the Next Generation of braking systems
- Designing custom brake solutions and components for global clients – and documenting your work
- Leading and executing tests in our in-house test center and production facilities
- Creating purchasing documentation like drawings, specifications, and bills of materials
- Collaborating across departments and with customers on development projects
🎓 What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s excited to learn and contribute. Ideally, you have:
- A degree in mechanical engineering (Bachelor level or higher)
- 3+ years of experience in design and development – but we’re open to less if you’re motivated
- Solid skills in 3D design tools – preferably CREO and AutoCAD
- A structured and independent work style, with respect for deadlines and specs
- Experience with ISO environments and machine manufacturing standards is a plus
- Knowledge of brake systems, hydraulics, and Wrike is a bonus
- Comfortable working in an international setting with good English skills
