ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for product selection assistance based on customer specified requirements.
- Communicate professionally via telephone, E-mail, remote connection, and occasionally in person.
- Interprets customer needs and aids the customer in defining technical and commercial requirements.
- Design and develop software features for the product, participate in software implementation and testing, debugging and defect resolution
- Works with field sales (outside sales) to manage assigned accounts for product direction, profitability, growth, and attaining sales objectives.
