Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze information from customers to understand their business and technical needs.
- Come up with technical proposals using Dage’s products and services to fulfill customer’s needs.
- Prepare and present product slides to customers. Respond to customer questions, and investigate and resolve technical problems after implementation.
- Provide internal and external training on products, new features, and applications.
- Effective and timely communication with key stakeholders inside the company, and with business partners.
- Write and present test reports to both internal and external customers.
- Main contact for technical issues, including application, service, and software.
- Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanics/Electro-Mechanical/Physics related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in application for the semiconductor industry. Experience in inspection or metrology equipment is a plus
- Xray experience for the inspection or metrology equipment is a plus
Skills and Abilities
- Integrity, passion, result-oriented, tenacity.
- Good command of English.
- Able to work under pressure and for demanding customers.
- Good communication skills, and computer literacy.
