To provide customers with technical service and application support to maximize the sales of EFD’s dispensing systems in accordance with agreed targets in China. Offer the excellent and professional technical support to the EFD China Group.
Job Description:
- Work with the application team in China, to support the sales team meet agreed sales budgets and targets.
- Support sales team to do trouble-shooting as requested, provide our customer with an excellent and professional technical service timely.
- Work with application team to develop unique application solution to meet our customer needs and assist market leaders in developing appropriate projects and new applications to grow our business at these focused markets in China.
- Manage EFD product evaluation program under agreed guideline at customer site, prepare and submit proposals by clearly illustrating the EFD products’ benefits based on COO concept.
- Prepare and submit testing report in the format requested to related team members, prepare and submit the monthly report to the Application Manager in the format requested by the 3rd working day of the following month.
- Take necessary business trips and actively participate in sales meetings, trade shows, seminars etc. as requested.
- To submit & maintain all expenses within the company guidelines.
- Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanics, Engineering or Electro-mechanics related field.
- A minimum of 3 years industrial technical support or application development experience, specifically in adhesive dispensing industry.
- Technical or engineering background is preferred.
