Own and operate the Werum HyperTest Boost laboratory management application, maintaining secure performance, access management, monitoring, releases, and incident resolution. Develop GitLab CI/CD integrations, customize applications, implement enhancements, and evaluate releases and architecture impacts. Support automation and workflow optimization while ensuring Computer System Validation compliance through documentation, testing, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities
- Own operations of the Laboratory Management Application Werum HyperTest Boost, ensuring stable and secure system performance.
- Develop and operate a CI/CD GitLab pipeline integrating laboratory and requirements platforms as part of the standard product development process.
- Ensure daily operations, including user and access management, release coordination, incident resolution, system monitoring, and collaboration with IT infrastructure teams.
- Serve as the interface between Product Development, IT, and external vendors, coordinating enhancements, technical changes, and rollouts.
- Customize applications within the standard framework and implement functional enhancements.
- Evaluate new releases, technical capabilities, and their architectural and process impact; contribute to integration and system design decisions.
- Identify automation potential, optimize data usage, and enhance engineering workflows.
- Ensure Computer System Validation (CSV) compliance through documentation, testing, and audit readiness.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable qualification.
- Experience in Application Management or Ownership within enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience in application customization and configuration, ideally with web technology, GitLab, Python and Groovy.
- Understanding of application lifecycle management and IT service processes (incident, problem and change management).
- Working knowledge of database and infrastructure environments (Windows/Linux, virtual environments).
- Practical experience translating business requirements into system configurations or enhancements by managing software vendors and external partners
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across business, IT, and external stakeholders.
- Project management experience (agile and/or classical methodologies).
- Very good English skills (German is a plus).
