Join our team as a Application Engineer and gain hands-on experience in technical support, project estimating, and design coordination. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and be part of exciting projects from concept to completion.
What You’ll Do:As an Application Engineer, you’ll:
- Support Sales & Design Teams: Help our Account Executives and project teams during the design and proposal phases by providing technical input and estimating support.
- Assist with Project Estimating: Work on detailed cost estimates and scopes of work, helping to ensure our proposals are accurate and competitive.
- Prepare Proposals: Create customer proposals and quote letters, including reviewing specifications, generating special quotes, and issuing RFQs and RFIs.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with team leaders to manage project schedules, execution timelines, and backlog forecasts.
- Interpret Engineering Drawings: Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to support design and installation planning.
Required:
- A degree in an Engineering field (recent graduates welcome!)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills to work with both internal teams and customers
- Eagerness to learn and manage multiple projects with a positive attitude
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar design tools
- Hands-on engineering or technical internship experience
