Position Summary:
The CPQ (Configure, Price & Quote) Specialist will be responsible for management, development and support of the Quote to Order applications. This include current applications such as Configure One and Oracle Configurator and any future applications supporting the Quote to Order processes. The CPQ specialist is also contributing to the creation of a seamless environment that integrate Oracle Sales Cloud and ERP.
As part of the responsibilities, the specialist will also coordinate and lead the group’s communication of new releases to the extended users community, thus ensuring good customer satisfaction and high adoption rates.
Key Duties
- Perform hands-on technical design, solution architectures, architecture roadmaps, prototyping and proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects
- Act as a liaison between Technical team, Functional team, Business Functions, and System Integrators to drive configurator enhancements
- Contributes into creating Functional Requirement Documentation
- Analyze production configuration issues and resolve any functional gaps in Configure One / Revalize
- Generate and maintain documentation for changes made to Configure One / Revalize. Assist in the review of documentation created by team members to ensure it is understood, accurate and follows current documentation standards
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office to estimate the delivery timelines, estimate resourcing needs, and identify risks & issues upfront
- Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams alike, manage task assignments within the team, and take ownership of deliverables
- Keep on top of tracking assigned tasks/deliverables, risks & issues and report to Management as needed
- Monitor and drive issues to resolution
- Participate in validation/testing and release activities as needed
- Ensure that any activity, task and responsibility required by role in terms of the International Trade Compliance
- Regulation is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company ITC certification program
- Communicate and distribute all system upgrades and support users’ community with timely adoption and system up taking
School Background / Working Seniority
- 3 years experience operating with CPQ software, Revalize/ Configure One is a plus
- International experience is a plus
