The Oracle EBS Analyst/Developer will:

This is a Global position to supports NPDI Transformation team. The successful candidate must have both data analytics skills and a good level of technical knowledge. Seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management modules, specifically Items, Bills of Material (BOM), Inventory, and Order Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle EBS applications to support business operations

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within Oracle EBS R12.x
  • Create and modify forms, reports, and interfaces using Oracle tools
  • Develop custom extensions using PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports
  • Configure and customize Item Master, BOM, Inventory, and Order Management modules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Create technical documentation for custom developments
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements
  • Perform system integration testing and support UAT
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle EBS modules (Supply Chain).
  • Provide root cause analysis and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
  • Participate in system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
  • Work closely with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and workflow configurations.
  • Lead or support steering committees and user groups for NPDI transformation initiatives

Qualifications:

Required/ Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency with data analysis, data visualization and reporting tools 
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office and specifically Microsoft Excel  
  • Experienced in Oracle EBS R12.x Supply Chain Module
  • Very good knowledge of modern database systems and the related best practices 
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience at optimizing large, complicated SQL statements 
  • Understanding of the concepts, data models, architectures and interfaces of business applications such as, for example, ERP, CPQ and PLM systems 
  • Shares best practices related to Oracle development to colleagues
  • Reads and continues personal development to stay abreast of changes and new techniques within the field of Oracle application development
  • Consulting approach, ability on understanding internal customer needs 
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction including providing regular status on assigned activities 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented and metric-intense environment 
  • Familiarity with process design, design thinking, process re-engineering, lean and/or value stream mapping principles
  • This role may require occasional off-hours support for critical issues and deployments
      

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with other products of the Oracle suite (e.g. Oracle CX Sales, etc.) 
  • Familiar with Data Warehouse and/or Data Lake solutions

Basic Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor’s degree with preference for Information Systems or Computer Science as field of study  
  • Strong business analysis, and communication skills with 4+ years of experience in a company of similar size, revenue, complexity and geographic diversity 
  • Deep knowledge in EBS R12.x Supply Chain Module
