Summary: As an Application UX Design/Developer , you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, brainstorming innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications you develop are user-friendly and meet the needs of the end-users. You will also participate in testing and refining applications to enhance their functionality and performance, ensuring a seamless user experience throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application specifications and user guides. - Engage in user testing and feedback sessions to refine application features. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design, UX- wireframing, prototyping, usability testing - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma. - Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback. - Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design, User Experience (UX) Design, UX- wireframing, prototyping, usability testing - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
