An established professional responsible to support the design, integration, and implementation of enterprise applications, contributing to scalable solutions that align with business objectives. This role helps bridge functional needs with technical execution, ensuring systems are reliable and adaptable. The Application Developers responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining ERP related applications, while ensuring integration and governance across the system landscape. Experience in ERP systems is required, with a preference for experience in SAP S/4HANA modules. Operating with minimal supervision, this role performs moderately complex applications testing, quality assurance, configuration, and ongoing support for smooth, stable, and timely delivery of ERP solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: executeand maintains ERP application configurations to meet user and business requirements while developing and recommending improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.
- Support and be actively involved in full-cycle ERP implementation projects, from blueprinting to go-live and post-go-live support
- Full participation and support of ERP upgrades, patching, and enhancements/small projects
- USER COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Keeps an open channel of communication with users and responds to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.
- APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts advanced and complex application support activities to deliver on business outcomes.
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Works with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers and business partners to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals.
- VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Handles positive relationships with software vendors and negotiates contracts.
- Attention to detail - ensures accuracy and completeness in development, documentation, and testing
- Team collaboration - works effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Analytical thinking - applies logic and structured thinking to solve complex problems
- Willingness to learn and adapt - embraces new technologies, feedback, and evolving business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of ERP development experience ERP Experience: Hands-on expertise in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) within a specific business domain (e.g., SAP ACM module)
- Technical Skills: Configuration and editing of ERP platforms; understanding of integration frameworks, APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Good experience in Supply chain/Operations modules.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with programming languages (e.g., ABAP, HTML5)
- Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices;
- Soft Skills: Good communication and problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently on moderately complex tasks
