We currently have a vacancy for an Application Architect (Java, Angular) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely within EU. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your Tasks:
- Architecture and design of information systems;
- Review of the architecture of existing systems;
- Design and development of architectural components and building blocks;
- Analysis of the integration of different information systems;
- Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture;
- Production of software architecture documents;
- Design of application data models;
- Design of application workflow models;
- Design of application APIs using suitable frameworks (REST, Swagger)
- Design and development of software components and building blocks using suitable back-end components and frameworks (Java Spring, JPA);
- Design and implementation of application integration with corporate IAM services for
- authentication and authorization purposes;
- Delivery through a CI/CD pipeline.
Requirements
- Master degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with a minimum of 13 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Minimum 6 years of experience in development of information systems;
- Minimum 6 years of experience with Java web application development (of which, at least 3 years of development experience with Java Spring and REST API development);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in frontend development using Angular or Kendo UI;
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Agile software development (refactoring, test-driven development, user story modelling) and Scrum;
- Experience with the implementation of data pipelines patterns for data analysis;
- Experience with processing real-time data streams (Kafka);
- Experience with Git and VS Code (or JetBrains IDEs);
- Experience with Data Science knowledge - specifically regarding organizing storage data, providing access to different data;
- Good knowledge of Oath;
- Good knowledge of CI/CD tools Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo);
- Good knowledge of Maven, Docker and Junit;
- Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Java application servers;
- Good knowledge of Relational DBMS, in particular Oracle DB & SQL;
- Good knowledge of modelling methods and notations (UML);
- Good knowledge of CI/CD applications and container technologies;
- Good knowledge of application profiling & development of web applications (responsive design)
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture (ports & adapters) and DDD concepts;
- Knowledge of interoperability technology (e.g., web services, REST APIs);
- Knowledge of Spring framework, Spring data, Spring for web-services, JPA, spring security;
- Knowledge of Security concepts;
- Experience with distributed data processing frameworks (Spark, Hive) will be considered an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
